Digital text, scans, and mixed PDFs are supported. We check every page before narration. Scan length and duration are estimates; your checkout price stays fixed. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked. Handwriting, image-only illustrations, and unusual charts may need a clearer text source; a document we cannot read completely is held and refunded rather than delivered with missing pages.
