AudiobookGen provides AI-powered audiobook generation services that convert EPUB files into audio format. Our service includes:

• Conversion of text content from EPUB files to audio
• Multiple AI voice options for narration
• Adjustable playback speed settings
• MP3 audio output format
• Secure file storage and download links

Note: Our service converts text content only. Images, charts, tables, and other non-text elements in your EPUB files will not be included in the generated audiobook.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Only upload files you own or have the legal right to convert
• Not use the service for any illegal purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
• Not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to your original content. By uploading files, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the audiobook generation service.

Our Service: AudiobookGen, including its design, features, and technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

Generated Audio: The audiobook files generated from your content belong to you, subject to any rights in the underlying content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Perfect accuracy of AI-generated speech
• Specific voice quality or pronunciation results
• That the service will meet your specific requirements

AI text-to-speech technology continues to improve, but may occasionally mispronounce words, names, or technical terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Loss of business opportunities
• Any damages arising from use of the service

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content on our service infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information:

8. Data Storage and Privacy

• Files are automatically deleted within 7 days
• Download links expire after a limited time period

9. Payment and Refunds

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment provider. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

Pricing: Prices are displayed before purchase and are based on the size of your content and selected voice quality options.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
