At AudiobookGen, operated by Vibe, we strive to provide high-quality AI-powered audiobook generation services. We understand that sometimes things may not go as expected, which is why we offer a fair refund policy.

14-Day Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your audiobook for a valid reason, you may request a refund within this period.

All refunds are processed through Polar, our payment provider, and will be returned to your original payment method.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Technical error on our part: The audiobook generation failed due to an issue with our service
  • Audio quality below standards: The generated audio contains significant distortions, artifacts, or errors that make it unusable
  • Significant audio issues: Major portions of the audiobook are missing, corrupted, or unintelligible
  • Service not delivered: You did not receive your audiobook as described and we cannot resolve the issue

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Invalid or corrupted EPUB files: If your source file was corrupted, improperly formatted, or not a valid EPUB
  • User error: Selecting the wrong voice, speed, or quality options (you can preview voices before purchase)
  • AI voice characteristics: General dissatisfaction with how AI voices pronounce specialized terminology, names, or technical content
  • Content issues: Problems with the original text content of your EPUB file
  • After 14-day window: Requests made after the 14-day refund period has expired
  • Downloaded and used: If you have successfully downloaded and used the audiobook without any technical issues

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Send an email to hi@aina.rs
  2. Include your order ID or transaction reference
  3. Provide the email address used for the purchase
  4. Describe the issue you experienced in detail
  5. Include any relevant screenshots or error messages

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed through Polar, our payment provider
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed
  • The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if only a portion of the audiobook was affected by issues. The amount will be determined based on the extent of the problem and will be communicated to you before processing.

Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our decision regarding your refund request, you may contact Polar directly to initiate a dispute. However, we encourage you to reach out to us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
